    Chicken Thigh, 4 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.8 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 8 cloves (remove)
    *Birds Eye Peppers & Onions, 2 cup (remove)
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Macaroni, whole-wheat, 4 cup elbow shaped (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Cook chicken breast on grill. I use George Foreman, set aside. Saute vegetables in oil. Add chicken and tomatoes and simmer until pasta is ready. Serve over hot pasta
