Crockpot Salsa Chicken

Introduction

This recipe is so simple and delicious. My daughter and husband both loved it so much they demanded I add it as a regular. This recipe is so simple and delicious. My daughter and husband both loved it so much they demanded I add it as a regular.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 Boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    2 cups of salsa (whatever kind you want)
    1 small onion chopped
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 8oz package of cream cheese

Directions

Add ingredients in the order they are listed except cream cheese. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Last half hour stir in cream cheese and break up the chicken. Serve over rice or noodles.
