Angel's Fried Brown Rice

Introduction

just a basic. It's better with more veggies but the kids like it this way. A touch of sesame oil will make it phenomenal but I didn't have it on hand this time. just a basic. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients


    * *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup cooked and cold
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces cooked
    * Peas, frozen, 1 cup
    * Waterchestnuts- small can
    * Butter, salted, 1.5 tbsp
    * *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    one large egg
    garlic to taste

Directions

Reheat chicken with garlic, peas, and waterchestnuts in half the butter. Add half the soy sauce, push warmed mixture to the side or put on a plate. Add remaining butter, beat egg and scramble, add rice and soy sauce. Heat through. Add chicken mixture. Serves 4.
