    2 CUPS YELLOW CORN MEAL
    1 CUP NON FAT MILK

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN 425"

MIX IN LARGE BOWL CORN MEAL,MILK,WATER AND BEATEN EGGS
.
POUR OLIVE OIL IN LARGE SKILLET,HEAT IN OVEN 7-10 MIN. OR UNTIL SIZZLING HOT,
