Ingredients

    2 lbs. ground chuck
    1 pack Lipton onion soup mix
    1 cup plain bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 T. dried parsley
    salt & pepper
    garlic powder
    1 can tomato soup

Directions

mix together ground chuck, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper & garlic powder. Mix well. Press mixture into 2 loaf pans or a small casserole dish. bake at 375 for 1 hr. about 15 min before time is up, spread tomato soup over top.
