Leigh's chicken vegetable medley

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast slliced thinly
    1/2 cup onions sliced
    1 1/2 cup julienned carrots
    1/2 cup peas
    1 cup snow peas
    2 cups zuchinni sliced
    1 cup sliced celery
    1/2 cup salsa
    1 tsp each black pepper and oregano
    4 tbsp Kraft calorie wise zesty Italien dressing

Directions

cook chicken in salad dressing in med/ large pan. Once no longer pink add in vegetables. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender. add in spices and salsa and toss. serves 4 large portions. Serve with rice, or noodles for a great meal.
