Quinoa High Protien Banana Bake

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Cook Quinoa - 1 cup Quinoa and 2 cups water = Boil for 10 -15 mins.

    Mix Athese ingredients together like so;-

    Protien Powder 2 Scoops - Any Flavour you like I chose vinilla .
    Ground cinnamon =4 tblsp
    milk = 8 oz
    Egg Yolk = Large

    * With banana = 1 large - Roughly chop .

    Method=

    Once Quinoa is cooked and you have blended all the ingredients above * apart from banana - mix the ingredients together.

    Place in a square large ramikin dish put the banana in and mix

    place in oven for 45mins - Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with ice cream or cream.

    Temprature of oven 200
