Introduction

Recipe from the Herbal One Guide book, very tasty. I like to make two at a time, then portion and freeze the leftovers for an easy protein at a later date. Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Lean ground beef 1 pound
    Low fat cottage cheese 1 cup
    Egg whites (large) 2
    Parsley flakes 1/2 tsp
    Onion powder 1/2 tsp
    Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
    water 1/4 cup
    ketchup 1 tbsp

Directions

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except ketchup. Pack into 4 x 8 ( 10x 20 cm) loaf pan that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray.

Spread ketchup over top. Bake uncovered in 350 F oven for 1 1/2 hours. Cut into 5 slices and serve.
