Introduction

I found the recipe in a magazine but cut back on the oil and added extra tomato, onion & garlic. I found the recipe in a magazine but cut back on the oil and added extra tomato, onion & garlic.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    * 1 Mango, chopped (no skin)
    * 2 Tomatoes, 2 medium, chopped
    * 2 small Avocados, chopped
    * 1 Jalapeno Pepper, chopped
    * Garlic, 2 cloves, chopped
    * 1 small Red Onions, chopped
    * 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Chop mango, tomato, avocado, onion, garlic & jalapeno. Combine in bowl. Add oil, lime juice an add salt and pepper to taste.

A great twist on both salsa and quacamole. Use a a dip for both vegetables or baked chips.
