1/2 pint fresh raspberries, washed
2 tablespoons sugar (or 1 if you like it more tart)
1/8 teaspoon mint extract
Mash the raspberries with a fork and sprinkle sugar on top. Stir and let sit 10 minutes. Add mint and puree in Bullet(TM). Pour through a fine mesh sieve, and push through. Discard seeds.
