Seven Layer Salad

Ingredients

    SALAD:
    1 medium head lettuce or lettuce mix
    1 bunch green onions cleaned and sliced
    1-12 oz pkg grape tomatoes halved
    2-6 oz cans water chestnuts
    1-14 oz bag frozen peas
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1 lb bacon cooked drained and crumbled

    DRESSING:
    1 tbsp creamy peppercorn ranch dressing mix
    2 tbsp water
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup Kraft olive oil mayonaise

Directions

Mix the dressing ingredients and set aside. In a straight sided clear glass bowl, layer the incredients in order given starting with the lettuce and ending with the bacon. Whisk the sour cream and mayonaise into the dressing mix until smooth and well blended. Serve the dressing on the side.
