Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

    Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
    Onions, raw - 1 medium.
    Chicken breast, no skin - 1 breast whole.
    Mushrooms, fresh - 20 medium.
    Milk, whole - 250 ml.
    Dill fresh - 1 cup.

Directions

Fry the onion with the 2 tbsp olive oil till onion is soft, add the chicken breast cut in stripes and fry till golden, add mushrooms cut in slices for about 5 min. Later add 1/8 cup whole wheat flour to thicken the souce and add the milk. Lat simmer for another 5 min. Remove from the heat and add the dill finely chopped. Serve with rice, pasta or roti.
