Introduction

I was tired of store bought peanut butter and I LOVE peanut butter. This is better for you than store bought peanut butter I was tired of store bought peanut butter and I LOVE peanut butter. This is better for you than store bought peanut butter
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    14 oz unsalted dry roasted peanuts
    2 packets of Truvia
    2 tbsp Enova Oil
    3 tbsp Flax Seed
    some water

Directions

Grind the peanuts, add truvia and flax seed. Add a little oil and water to reach the consistency you like.

Makes about a pound of peanut butter. 16 2tablespoon servings. To cut calories and fat can make 32 1tablesoon servings.
