COUNSELOR'S TUNA SALAD

Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cans tuna in water, drained
    4 Tbsp chopped bread and butter pickles
    1 Gold apple, chopped
    2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
    2 Tbsp wheat germ
    2 Tbsp light olive oil mayonnaise

Directions

Drain tuna and flake with a fork. Mix in pickles, apple, walnuts, and wheat germ. Add Mayo and mix well.

Place 1/2 C romaine lettuce ona plate. Measure 1/2 C of salad over lettuce.
