hCG - Spicy Cabbage Soup

Submitted by: HAPYCLRK

Introduction

This is a meal and it is great to make in advance - freeze or have in fridge for a couple of days. It is incredibly filling and very hard to eat the entire serving. This is phase 1 protocol compliant if you can mix vegetables. This is a meal and it is great to make in advance - freeze or have in fridge for a couple of days. Very Good, HapyClrk. I four timed the recipe & have so much since I can only have steak twice a week I froze it. The meat was so tender it was like eating brisket of beef. I did not have any onion powder & my onions were low. I might of been missing some spices, too! Thank you, Karen - 10/1/09
