Introduction

home made chicken marsala - low fat home made chicken marsala - low fat
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    chicken breast no skin no bone cut into 1'"
    nushrooms fresh and canned
    onion chopped
    oil to sautee - 2 tbs
    marsala wine or white wine

Directions

coat chicken pieces with flour pepper and salt
chopp onion and sautee in 1 tbs oil, add mushrooms and continue cooking until water evaporates

put aside

add 1 tbs oil to pan brown chicken , add mushrooms and 1/2 cup of wine

cook up to 20 min to reduce the liquid
