2 cups sprouted wheat or spelt flour 1 1/2 cups quinoa flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 5 tbsp maple syrup 4 tbsp honey 1/2 c. water
Sift or whisk first 3 ingredients together. Add maple syrup, honey, and water and mix. Let stand for 30 minutes. Roll out on cookie sheet to about 1/8 inch thickness. With a long knife or spatula, make indented lines on the crust for graham cracker pieces. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes, until the crackers are golden. Immediately remove from cookie sheet and cool.
