Ingredients

    2 Mangos, peeled and cut
    2 Bananas, peeled and cut
    3 cups Swiss Chard leaves, washed and torn
    3 ribs Celery, washed and cut
    1 cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

Directions

Place ingredients into a blender and blend. Yield is about 1 litre, or 32 ounces, or 4 cups for 4 1-cup servings.
