Greek Chicken

Introduction

I serve this with a green salad and my greek potatoes. My kids beg me to make this meal on a weekly basis. I serve this with a green salad and my greek potatoes. My kids beg me to make this meal on a weekly basis.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    2 tbsp ground oregano
    2 cloves of crush garlic
    1 cup water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a container to marinate. I use my Food Saver so it only takes 20 minutes to penetrate the chicken with the flavors. After you have marinated the chicken for at least an hour, grill or cook in a frying pan with nonstick spray. Serves 4.
