Ingredients

Marinade:
3/4 C. Lemon juice
1/2 C. Soy sauce, kikkoman (light)
6 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp chopped Shallots
2 large cloves Garlic minced
2 bay leaves, crumbled
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Pepper, black
1/2 tsp. Ginger, ground
1 tsp. fresh chopped Parsley
3 lbs Pork Tenderloin
Directions
In food processor, combine all marinade ingredients and puree. Pour over tenderloin and turn to coat. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
Preheat grill to medium-hig. Grill pork, reserving marinade, turning frequently, about 20 min. until meat thermometer registers 170 degrees. Remove to serving platter and cover with foil to keep warm. Place reserved marinade in saucepn and heat to boiling. oil about 5 min. until slightly reduced. Slice pork and serve with heated marinade.
