Ingredients

1.5 cups King Arthur White Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Red Mill Flaxseed Meal
1 cup Quaker Old Fashion Oats
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Splenda
2 Large Eggs
1 1/2 cups Crushed Pineapple
1/3 cup Dry Nonfat Milk
1/3 cup Water
1 cup Zuchinni - grated
1 cup Carrots - grated
1 tsp Cinamon
1/2 tsp Gloves
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Makes 12 muffins
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare non stick muffin pan with cooking spray.
Combine dry ingredients and mix. Combine dry milk and water. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Fill 12 muffin tins and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Use spatula to loosen muffins before tipping them out of the pan. Allow to cool on rack.
