Musicrunner's Quinoa recipe

Introduction

A mix between "Quinoa a la Tricotone" and a recipe I found for "Quinoa Tabbouli". Since I missing ingredients for both recipes, I just improvised. A mix between "Quinoa a la Tricotone" and a recipe I found for "Quinoa Tabbouli". Since I missing ingredients for both recipes, I just improvised.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 cup Quinoa, dry
    2 cup Water
    2/3 cup Salsa
    4 tbsp Parsley, dry - if you have fresh parsley, 1.25 cup, chopped

    2.5 clove Garlic, minced
    .25 cup Lemon juice

Directions

Rinse quinoa, then combine with the water in a pot. Bring to a boil then let simmer for 15 min. or until fluffy.

Once quinoa has cooked, add all remaining ingredients. Stir until combined.

Serve and enjoy!
