4 C Brussels sprouts
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp sliced roasted almonds
Microwave on high 5 minutes.
Slice garlic as thin as possible and brown in oil slowly.
Add sprouts and almonds and toss.
remove from heat.
Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
