4 cups French-cut Green Beans (Can be frozen) 3 cloves Garlic 1 tbsp Extra-virgin Olive Oil
Cut the garlic cloves into thin slices, put aside. Steam the green beans until al dente. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and lightly toast the garlic. Drain the green beans and place them in the skillet, turning occasionally until they are golden brown and coated in olive oil and garlic.
