Monterey Rice

Introduction

This comes from my Aunt. It has been one of my favorite recipes for a very long time. Really fast to prepare, and especially to cook. This comes from my Aunt. It has been one of my favorite recipes for a very long time. Really fast to prepare, and especially to cook.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Cups Brown or White Rice
    3/4 Cup Monterey Cheese
    3/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese
    1 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 can diced green chilis

Directions

Cover square pan with 1/2 the rice, then add in 1/2 the sour cream, 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 of the green chilis. Repeat, this time be sure to add the cheese last. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
