Whole grain Rotini and Chicken salad

Introduction

There are probably numerous recipes like this, but I made this one off the top of my head. It's great cold but can also be served warm. There are probably numerous recipes like this, but I made this one off the top of my head. It's great cold but can also be served warm.
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    Barilla Whole Grain Rotini, 7 serving ( equals one 13.25 oz box)
    Peas, frozen, 2 cup
    Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz
    Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing, 7 tbsp
    Cucumber (with peel), 2 cup slices
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces
    Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), 7 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 3 tbsp
    2 Tsp dried Basil
    2 Tsp dried Oregano

Directions

Makes 7 servings.

Grill or bake chicken and cut into 0.5 cubes.
Cook pasta and add peas during last few minutes of boiling. Drain.
Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss.
Add fresh Parmesan cheese (Not included in calculations) if desired.
Add Salt or pepper to taste.
Serve Hot or Cold.
