Blueberry Tart

Introduction

Light summer tart -- not too bad on the diet and delicious! Light summer tart -- not too bad on the diet and delicious!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups of fresh blueberries.
    1 sliver of butter
    1 tsp sugar
    3 cups of skim milk

    Honey Maid Graham cracker pie crust
    Sugar free fat free vanilla instant Jello Pudding

Directions

Prepare pudding. Poor about 3/4's (throw out excess) into crust and let set in fridge for an hour. While setting, place blueberries in a non-stick saute pan with a sliver of butter. get the blueberries bubbeling orver a med-high heat and then sprinkle about 1 tsp of sugar ovar blueberries and stir around gentley. Drain off excess liquid and let cool and then poor over pie crust. return to refridgerator to set until serving -- overnight will produce best results.
