GF Chicken and cabbage (chicken breasts)

Introduction

Tasty and low cal, high fiber! Tasty and low cal, high fiber!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 head cabbage shredded
    1 c green onion chopped
    1/2 c rice vinegar
    1/4 c soy sauce
    1/4 c peanut oil
    1 T ginger
    1 T garlic powder
    1 T sesame seeds
    1/2 cube veggie bouillon MSG FREE
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts grilled and chopped

Directions

Shred cabbage and green onions like you would for coleslaw, set aside. Mix next seven ingredients well to dissolve veggie bouillon cube. Chop up chicken breast into bite sized pieces mix all ingredients and refridgerate. It's better the second day.
