Massey's Talapia & Vegie Bake

Introduction

One dish meal that the whole family will love! One dish meal that the whole family will love!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    10 Talapia Filets
    9 oz Scallops
    1 tub Cream Cheese Light Vegi.
    1 tub Cherry tomatoes
    1 cup Cilantro, fresh
    4 cups Broccoli
    4 cups Cauliflower
    3 cups Carrots
    2 cups Zucchini
    2 cups Squash
    1 Purple Onion
    1 cup Jalapenos (or to taste)
    Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning

Directions

Chop all vegies
Set jalapenos aside
Mix vegies in large baking dish
Add and mix in cream cheese
Spread out in bottom of baking dish
Sprinkle with creole seasoning
Add talapia in single layer on vegies
Add Scallops in between talapia
Sprinkle with remaining creole seasoning
Top with chopped jalapenos
Cover with foil and bake a 400 degrees for 1 hour
Remove foil and bake until golden brown or fish is done
