Quinoa with veggies

Introduction


Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 c Organic Quinoa
    1 c green peppers copped
    1 c carrots copped
    1/2 c onion chopped
    1 tsb chicken bullion
    1 tsb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 c water

Directions

add water to quinoa and bullion in a 2 qt pot, bring to a boil, cover anc cook till water is gone about 15 min.
satue onion, green peppers, and carrots in olive oil till tender, 2-5 min.
Combine veggies with quinoa and season to taste
I use 1 tsb garlic and 1 1/2 tsb salt free all putpose seasoning.

Makes 4-6 servings
