Potato and Sausage Crock pot soup

Introduction

Very good and only 5 points per serving if you use 1% milk and reduced fat soups and fat free shredded cheese on top. Also, if you drain the grease from the sausage after cooking. Ingredients

    1 lb Italian Sausage
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup water
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 onion- chopped
    1 tsp minced garlic

Directions

Cook italian sausage first. Cube potatoes. Throw all ingredients in a crock pot in high for 6 hours. Top with shredded cheese (not included in the points calculation). Makes 6 cups.
