Burrito Casserole

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb. Lean Ground Turkey
    1 pkg Taco seasoning
    1 Can Refried Beans
    1 - 8 oz bag shredded Cheese (Mexican Blend, Cheddar or Montery Jack, may also use low fat)

Directions

Thoroughly cook ground turkey, drain and add taco seasoning and water and simmer per Taco seasoning package.

In round casserole dish build casserole:
1 Tortilla
1/2 of refried beans - spread around
1/2 of seasoned meat
1/2 of cheese
Repeat ending with cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and bubbly approx 20 minutes. or Cover with plastic wrap or casserole cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes.
Serves 6
