Introduction

Not the healthiest of fare but a throw together with items in my pantry. Not the healthiest of fare but a throw together with items in my pantry.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb pork loin, cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    5 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 servings smoked sun dried tomatoes
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1 jar Ragu Roasted Garlic Parmesan
    1 lb angel hair pasta, cooked

Directions

Saute pork, onion, garlic and sun dried tomatoes until pork is cooked through and onions are tender.
Add artichoke hearts and sauce.
Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes or until everything is warmed through and well combined.
If sauce is too thick add either water or chicken broth to thin to desired consistancy.
Serve over pasta.
