Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz
Basil, 2 tbsp
Fresh Spinach, 3 cups
Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 2 cup (not packed)
Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 10 oz
*Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 6.88 oz (about 9 noodles
*Classico Roasted Garlic, 5 cups
Garlic, 4 cloves
Egg, fresh, 1 large + 1 egg white
Italian Seasoning, 2 tbsp
Spray a 13x9" pan. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Layer noodles, meat, cheese mixture, and mozzarella. You should get about 3 layers, though the top may not have cheese mixture. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
