Great adaptation of a bread machine recipe from BH&G...rises as high as white bread, doesn't taste gummy or dense. Delicious! Serving size is per ounce. Ingredients

    1 1/3 cup milk or plain soymilk
    1/4 cup water
    2 tbsp honey or sugar
    4 tsp butter or margarine
    4 cups White Whole Wheat Flour (KAF or Bob's Red Mill)
    1/4 cup Vital Wheat Gluten Flour (Bob's Red Mill)
    1 tsp kosher salt (or regular salt)
    1 1/4 tsp instant yeast (or active dry)

Directions

Add all ingredients in order listed - for best results, make sure liquids/fats are at room temperature. Select Whole Wheat setting on bread machine. That's it! Enjoy.
