Introduction

This is a lighter version of a salmon spread I found on AllRecipes. This is a lighter version of a salmon spread I found on AllRecipes.

Ingredients

    12 oz. wild caught salmon, cooked and flaked
    8 oz. light cream cheese
    1/2 c. light sour cream
    2 large scallions, finely chopped
    Tabasco to taste
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, salt, Tabasco, Worcestershire, and liquid smoke. Fold in the flaked salmon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Makes about 24 quarter cup servings.
