Ingredients

    - Grate Veggies
    - soak in water and lemon juice and 1 Tbs salt (hours!) -
    - drain and press liquid out of veggies
    - mix remaining ingredients
    - incorporae into veggies
    - form into cakes and sautee in skillet till golden brown (use butter for sauteeing)
