Quick and delicious mix of fruit, yogurt, oats and spice for breakfast or snack. Find your favorite by mixing your favorite yogurt flavor with three of your favorite fruits and spice as you wish! Nuts, sunflower or pumpkin seeds can be a nice addition, too. Quick and delicious mix of fruit, yogurt, oats and spice for breakfast or snack. Ingredients

    1 large apple, peeled, cored and diced
    1 large pear, peeled, cored and diced
    1 cup blueberries, fresh
    8 oz cup of vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup dry quick oats
    Cinnamon to taste

Directions

Layer fruit, yogurt, oats and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Makes 4 one cup servings.
