Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces
Cheddar Cheese, 2 oz shredded
Romaine Lettuce shredded 1 cup
Mission Carb Balance Fajita size 4 flour tortilla
Daisy Light Sour Cream, 4 tbsp
Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped
Pace Picante Sauce
Lawry’s Taco Seasoning, 8 tsp
Heat tortilla in a skillet, add 2 ounces of chicken mixture, and top with tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, salsa and sour cream. 1 soft taco per serving. Enjoy!
