Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Ground beef, 1lb. 5.25 oz.
    kroger enriched long grain rice, 1 cup
    Cabbage, fresh, 15 medium leafs
    spartan tomato juice, 46 oz


Directions

Brown ground beef and rice. drain greese off. boil cabbage till u can peel leaves off about 5 to 10 minutes. roll ground beef and rice inside of cabbage leaf. put in slow cooker. pour tomato juice over top. let cook for about 6 to 7 hrs. then serve. makes about 15 cabbage rolls. you can add salt and pepper to taste if you like.
