1/2 cup whole wheat elbow pasta
4 oz 2% Milk Velveeta cheese
1/4 cup of skim milk
Directions
Cook the pasta per the instructions of the box. Drain and set aside.
Cut 4 oz of the velveeta cheese into small pieces and place In a medium non stick pot. Melt the cheese stirring often under low heat. When the cheese is melted stir in the milk and mix well until homogeneous.
Add the pasta and stir until evenly coated.
Serve
Makes 4 quarter-cup servings.
