Introduction

It's that time of year again when the supply of tomatoes and zucchini are overflowing the garden. It's that time of year again when the supply of tomatoes and zucchini are overflowing the garden.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 slices Peppered Bacon, chopped
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1 Onions, sliced
    1 small zucchini, chopped
    2 cups Grape tomatoes, halved
    4 servings Ronzoni Smart Taste Spaghetti, cooked according to package instructions
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    2 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

In a large skillet, cook bacon in oil until crisp and remove to paper towel. Add onion and zucchini and saute for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and Italian seasoning and stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add spaghetti, bacon and cheese. Toss to combine pasta and sauce.
