Introduction

Great with Corned Beef, Kumara & Potato Mash and fresh veges Mmmmm (Tastes better if you use the juice from cooking the Corned Beef instead of water). Ingredients

    1 Egg
    2 Tbsn Sugar
    1 Tbsn Flour
    2 tspn Dry Mustard
    1 Cup Water (Or Corned Beef Liquid)
    1/4 Cup Malt Vinegar
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Beat Egg & Sugar together thenplace in saucepan and add Flour & Mustard. Stir in Water and Vinegar gradually and stir continuously until thickens. Season with Salt & Pepper and you may want to add more Vinefgar or suger to taste.
