Salmon and Pasta

Introduction

I came up with this one day because I wanted salmon and it sounded good with the pasta. I came up with this one day because I wanted salmon and it sounded good with the pasta.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 (5 oz) can pink salmon
    0.5 c dry pasta
    1 roma tomato
    0.5 bell pepper (any color)
    1 medium mushroom
    1 T extra virgin olive oil

Directions

First, get a pot of water started for the pasta.
While you're waiting for the water to boil, start dicing the tomato, pepper, and mushroom.
Once the water has reached rolling boil, add the pasta and cook for 10 min, or until done.
Drain, and debone and deskin if needed, the salmon.
When the pasta is done, drain and return to the pot. Add the vegetables and the salmon. Mix in the olive oil. Season with herbs.

Serves 1
