Bananna walnut bread

Introduction

Good breakfast or mid afternoon snack. Good breakfast or mid afternoon snack.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2/3 cup sugar
    2 over ripe med. banannas
    1/4 cup 2% milk
    3 tablespoons melted blue bonnet light
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3/4 cup egg substitute
    2 2/3 cups bisquick
    1 teaspoon allspice
    3 tablespoons walnuts finely chopped

Directions

1. preheat oven to 350

2. spray a loaf pan with butter flavored cooking spray

3. with mixer blend first 6 ingredients

4. blend in bisquick and allspice

5. stir in walnuts

6. cook in loaf pan for about 50 min.

makes 24 servings
