Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup dry beans soaked overnight
    1 14oz can tomatoes
    1 8oz can tomato sauce
    2 tsp cumin
    2 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp tabasco
    2 cups water
    1/2 onion chopped
    1 green pepper chopped
    1 lb stew meat (weight prior to smoking on smoker) or 3/4 lb jerky cut into bite size pieces

Directions

Soak beans overnight.
The next morning combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook all day. Adjust seasoning after 4 hours as needed.

Makes 6 1.5 cup servings.
