4 (4-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. Light Sour Cream
1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix - Light
1/2 Tsp. Exra Light Olive Oil
Mix together sour cream, ranch mix and olive oil. Using a basting brush, evenly coat the four chicken breasts on all sides as if you were putting barbeque sauce on them.
Place the chicken breasts on a rack inside of a baking pan. (I usually cover the bottom with tin foil to make clean-up easier.) Add about 1/2 cup of water to the bottom of the pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
