Spicy Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 pounds large (24 count) shrimp, peeled & deveined
    3/4 tsp oregano
    1/8 tsp crushed red pepper

Directions

Heat a nonstick skillet. Swirl in the oil; add garlic and cook until soft, about 1 minute. Add shrimp, oregano & red pepper. Cook, stirring constantly until shrimp are opaque, about 2 minutes. Serve hot or room temperature.
