14 cups (or about 5 pounds) blueberries
3 limes (use both the zest and the juice)
8 packets Truvia
4 tsp cinnamon
2 packages no-sugar needed fruit pectin
Bring to a rolling boil that neither slows nor stops when stirred. Quickly whisk or stir in pectin. Hard boil mixture for one minute. Complete a gel test. If it passes the gel test, can in a water bath canner for 10 minutes.
This batch yields approximately five pints plus 1/4 cup. Each serving is one tablespoon.
