Jodi's chicken pot pie

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 whole chicken breast boiled, and shredded
    1 package frozen mixed veggies
    2 cans cream of chicken soup fat free
    1 cup bisquick
    1/2 cup 2 % milk
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Thaw veggies in by running warm water over them in a collander.

2.Cook and shredd chicken.

3. mix veggies, chicken and cream of chicken soup in a casserole pan.

Blend well

4. bisquick, milk and egg should be blended in a separate bowl.

5. put on top of chicken mixture.

bake at 350 for 40 min. or until golen brown on top
